Koncepo team has completed the assignment of Technical due diligence for one of the largest apparel park to carry out the facility assessment in terms of Architectural, Structural and MEP. The team has also been also entrusted to offer a plan on the existing condition, system adequacy and recommendations, as well as those that might be considered as critical matters of improvement, necessary for enhancing the functionality of the facility.

Our team has prepared Park Development Design and Construction Standards & Guidelines Manual to assist Investors, Architects, Consultants and Contractors who are entrusted with the task of designing / constructing the factories and other ancillary buildings in the park.
