Architect Key Criteria :
The position will be based out of Bangalore.
Five or more years of experience, a licensed architect who exercise independent judgment in the evaluation, selection, and use of standard techniques, solve problems when encountered, and receives guidance on complex projects.
The Architect is key to providing a remarkably high level of concept and detailed design.
The right candidate for this role will be able to demonstrate a stable career history over a minimum of 5 years has worked on the design of multiple high-end projects.
The use of BIM / Revit at all phases of the design process is vital to a complete understanding of the use of Revit is vital.

MEP Manager Key Criteria :
The position will be based out of Bangalore.
Seven or more years of experience in MEP Design Development for large scale projects preferably in Life science sector.
The candidate should have worked on REVIT MEP in 3D Modeling, Detailing of Drawing and Clash Detection.
Review the general contract and contract documents and confirm the budget setup and project milestones in conjunction with Project Lead.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or applicable discipline.
